When bidding, all items will have a Soft Close.

Soft Close: Whenever a bid takes place on an item in the last 2 minutes before that item is set to close, that clock is reset to 2 minutes. This gives other bidders a chance to get back in the action. This continues until there are no bids placed in a 3 minute period and the item then closes.
